Luca's House is located on Monte Amiata, an enchanted place with ancient history. We are in Pescina of Seggiano .  The farmhouse is an ancient peasant structure that dates back to the 19th century, built entirely of stone and with the appearance of a small village.  Completely surrounded by greenery, it is the ideal place to be able to regenerate and find oneself, dive into rivers and thermal baths, do Yoga and enjoy life Available for short and long stays, with possibility of further discount The space The ancient peasant structure that dates back to the nineteenth century, built entirely of stone and restored leaving the architectural features of the place intact, constitutes a small village with four apartments, for a total of 14-20 beds, with sauna, whirlpool, hot tub  and small swimming pool. Long term rentals are also available. This apartment, Ciliegio , is compoused by a livingroom with kichinet, bathroom, and two bedrooms at the upper floor, ideal for 4/6 people. The other apartments are: Petra, Fonte and Brezza. There is WiFi connection inside the house and in the garden. Small and medium-sized animals are welcome. The farm is located a few km from the thermal baths of S. Filippo, Bagni Vignoni, while few others can be reached the thermal baths of Petriolo, Saturnia and those of San Casciano ai Bagni. We are 10 minutes from the winter ski slopes that offer two chair lifts and various lifts. The farm is completely surrounded by greenery, by fields, pine and chestnut woods.  Roe deer, porcupines, badgers, wild boars and foxes are often visible.  The area is completely unspoiled, a refuge for various bird species including hawks and buzzards.  And for the thousands of fireflies to be observed at sunset in summer, and the swarms of butterflies in spring.  Ideal for bird-watching, trekking and mountain bike enthusiasts, while not far away it is possible to practice paragliding.  Due to its position, it is ideal for organizing photo tours and your own artistic shots. Yoga courses can also be organized.
