North facing sunny bedroom with super comfy queen size bed with electric blanket, adjacent to separate toilet and bathroom guests have priority all in quiet location so close to Windsor shopping ,airport 9 mins, buses & 12 mins walk to centre city, sports stadium SIT and all local attractions and our beautiful Queens Park (4mins) I do have a well behaved friendly small dog (Jimmy) - safe off street parking - Continental breakfast The space My neighbourhood is very safe and quiet and so close to Southern Cross Hospital, chemist , fast food outlets, petrol station, hair dresser, tavern and easy stroll to our main shopping centre Windsor Village with lots of boutique shopping and excellent cafes close by, bus stops 2 minute walk away and easy walk into town. Guest access easy walking distance to CBD Stadium/Velodrome Supermarket Restaurant Cafes and takeaway shops During your stay I share my cosy and comfortable home with my little dog Jimmy ( co host) who is well mannered and quiet which we are both friendly and welcoming . I absolutely love meeting people from near and afar and very aware of weary travellers needs and giving my guests there own space so please make yourself comfortable and enjoy your stay. Other things to note owing to health and safety regulations KITCHEN not available FOOD MUST NOT be eaten in bedroom I do appreciate footwear removed on entry to house PLEASE NOTE if you are NOT comfortable around a small friendly dog my place wouldn’t be suitable.
