The space What makes the Röderhaus unique is its location directly adjacent to a nature reserve, the cozy furnishings, and much more... The house can accommodate 7 people spread over 2 bedrooms. In one of the bedrooms, there are 2 beds and a guest bed that is suitable for 1 adult. The beds can be pushed apart as well as firmly connected to each other. The second bedroom has 4 beds. Two of them are located on a plateau. Large living room with fireplace, combined kitchen and living room, fireplace, terrace and garden! Suitable for families. Attention: For guests with four-legged friends, the property is not fenced. Guest access Use of the entire 1000 m² garden property with river and fire pit. Sitting in the countryside. Other things to note Due to the sharp increase in energy costs, it is no longer possible for us to rent out our vacation home without adjusting the price. We have to ask you to bring your own towels and linens. However, you can also book a set of linens for €18,- per stay per person. Please explicitly state this when booking. Otherwise, we assume that you will bring your own bed linens. Shower mats and a "cleaning starter set" (4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 dishwashing and 1 laundry detergent, dishcloth and sponge, as well as liquid dishwashing detergent and hand washing detergent) are provided. Thank you for understanding. We also warmly welcome your four-legged friends! We charge a fee of 5 euros per day for each dog.
