The space The Röderhaus is unique, the location directly adjacent to a nature reserve, the cozy furnishings, and much more....... The house sleeps 7 people in 2 bedrooms. In one of the bedrooms there are 2 beds and a guest bed suitable for 1 adult. The beds can be pushed apart as well as firmly connected to each other. The second bedroom has 4 beds. Two of them are on a plateau. Large living room with fireplace, combined kitchen and living room, fireplace, terrace and garden! Guest access Use of the entire 1000 m² property with river and fireplace. Sitting in the countryside. Other things to note Due to the known circumstances, it is no longer possible for us to rent our vacation home without a price adjustment. We must ask you to bring your own towels and linens. You can also book a linen set for €15. Shower mats and a "cleaning starter set" (4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 dishwasher and detergent, dishcloth and sponge, as well as liquid dishwasher and hand detergent) are provided. Thank you for your understanding!!!! We also warmly welcome your four-legged friends! For each dog we charge a cleaning fee of 5 euros per day.
