The farmhouse (facing south) is located on Riantec, in a charming village close to the picturesque and green site of the chapel of Saint Jean. Recently and completely renovated, we did everything to keep its authenticity. You will enjoy the calm of the countryside, near the sea: the small sea of Gâvres is a 5-minute drive, the Gâvres peninsula, its beaches and Port-Louis are 8 minutes away. We (or someone from our family) will be there to welcome you. The space You will stay in the main part of the farmhouse (the only one converted into accommodation). You will have access to one of the outbuildings (old barn): a room where garden furniture is stored and where you can also store your own equipment. A ping pong table (and rackets) will be at your disposal). You will have a terrace (with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue...) and of course the entire garden (fully enclosed). Description of the cottage: on the ground floor: a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious "living room" area of 60 m2, 1 bedroom (with a large 160 x 200 bed), a bathroom (with walk-in shower and toilet), another small room for the washing machine. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 190 (possibility of 1 large bed 160 x 200 instead). Also upstairs, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. For 2 people, we reserve the right to make only the ground floor available. Other things to note . Heating (underfloor heating-heat pump) is included in the rental - Small reminder (from our house rules) . The accommodation must be left clean and tidy (floors, toilets, bathrooms, kitchen, household appliances, dishes...). . No pets are allowed. . Regarding television, the "classic" channels offered by DTT are available. . "Sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases" and bath towels are not provided (can be rented).
