WIFI and air-conditioning The space This stunning, brand new apartment is just 6 metres from the sea, inside an old Tuscan Villa, located in a tiny, wonderful rocky bay called "Le Cannelle". It is as if you were on a boat: you can be the very first one to swim in the sea in the morning, or the very last one to enjoy the wonderful colours of the sunset on the sea, having an aperitive on your terrace, when everybody else has already gone home. This beachfront apartment is located inside a luxurious residence, just in front of the Islands of Giglio and of Giannutri, which you can admire from the terrace. It is surrounded by a wonderful, wild nature and a transparent blue sea full of fish. The apartment, full of charme, welcomes guests in a double living room with an open space kitchen. While cooking you can watch the sea. The extensible dining table seats 10 persons, and there is another dining table on the terrace, amidst wonderful mediterranean plants. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 5 burner gas stove and two induction cookers, electric oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and microwave . On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower. The WIFI is unlimited and perfectly working. A modern, open stair leads up to the bedrooms. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed, a little terrace and and a bathroom with shower. On the third floor there is the second bedroom with two single beds, and the third bathroom with bathtub. In some areas of the bedrooms the ceiling is only 2 meters high. There is air conditioning in the two bedrooms and indipendent heating in all the rooms. In the living room there are two fans against the heat. This place is wonderful also out-season, when you can enjoy the infinite peace and silence of the nature. If you have children, this is just the ideal place to spend a holiday, as there are no cars, no dangers, just the sun, the sea and many other children to play with. The terrace is our private property and can be used only by you. But the neighbor (=owner of the apartment next to ours) is allowed to use the stairs in the corner of the terrace to reach his home.
