Built in the early 1940's, this cozy 1 room lodge is just the place to get away from it all. Great room is open concept containing double bed (which is a murphy bed!), a twin daybed, kitchen, living area w/ TV, dining. Laundry, bunk bedroom, and bathroom are located off of the main room. Property owners live on adjoining lots. 2 adults/2 kids ideal. UPDATED LISTING DETAILS!! No pets allowed. Lock box outside with key. Two cars maximum and 4 people maximum. No parties or loud music, as the property owners are next door. Privacy on dock not guaranteed. The Lodge is one floor living. No stairs. The open ceiling and beams are our favorite part of the lodge. This cabin has been around for a very long time and we hope for many years to come! About 35 minutes from Virginia Tech and 10 minutes from Radford University. The dock area is the perfect way to soak up some lake views and some summer sun! The upstairs of the dock is off limits. Owner can provide dock details upon request. Guests will have the entire home. No parts of the home are shared. Parking is out front in the grass. Dock areas that renters can access are pictured. Property owners live on adjoining lots and will be available by text and phone during your stay should any needs arise. Very quiet and peaceful as this property is located on private property with no public access. Lake views are stunning! The town of Radford is 10 minutes away. Blacksburg is a 30-35 min drive. Interstate 81 is 5 minutes away. Must keep speeds low on our private road, as there are other property owners nearby with children.
