Guest access Access is easily via the subdivision gate which is secure. You will have two private parking spaces in front of the accommodation. If necessary, a lockbox is located at the entrance to the property. You will be within a 5-minute walk of Boucan beach and its restaurants. You can easily do without the car because many shops are 7 minutes' walk away (bakery, restaurants, gym, pubs, pharmacy, doctors, physiotherapist, etc.). Other things to note 🦎 Please note that the villa is located in the middle of tropical nature, so you could come across some local and harmless wild animals, such as tangs, lizards, chameleons, cockroaches, small shrews, spiders, mosquitoes... Villa rules: 🎺 Parties and events are prohibited: please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood with a reduction in noise pollution from 10 p.m. 🐾 Pets not allowed 🛏️ Number of beds limited to 8 people. It is also forbidden to set up tents on the grounds. For safety, children must be closely supervised by their parents.
