First time available for rent, this special home has been in our family for almost three quarters of a century. The house has an enormous deck with Weber Summit grill and overlooks a full acre of fenced and professionally landscaped yard. Just a block from Noyac Bay and a short drive to Southampton’s best ocean beaches. Inside you will find three bedrooms upstairs and a fourth bedroom area downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped. A washer and dryer are at your disposal in the basement. The space We are biased as we have grown up with Barry’s Place as our summer home away from home. Our grandparents purchased the house as a summer home in 1945. They added on and ended up winterizing the home and retiring there. When they passed away our father moved there full time. Now we have inherited this beautiful home and hope it can bring our guests as much happiness as it has and does bring us. Barry’s Place is a home and not a hotel. You will find the comforts of home here. You will find a mix of old and new. The artwork on the walls was painted by our grandmother. The beautiful yard was completely overhauled by our father and he cared meticulously for it. We hope to share this piece of paradise with those who will appreciate it. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house including washer/dryer and the full acre of fenced yard. Other things to note There is absolutely no smoking on the property. We will charge an additional indoor and outdoor cleaning fee if there is evidence of smoking. Our home is equipped with a keypad lock as well as door sensors that let us know when doors are opened and closed. There are outdoor surveillance cameras. There is no surveillance inside the house. Please also note that daily or seasonal passes are available for purchase if you want to use the Town of Southampton beaches.
