Thanks to the desk and good internet in each of the rooms, my accommodation is also very suitable for workation. The cozy little "holiday paradise" private room-Casa-Treveris is reminiscent of holidays in the tropical south. Our townhouse in Tier district Tarforst is located on the green outskirts of Trier, 7 km from the center, central station, etc. Our small accommodation with 1 double bedroom (Room N°1) and 1 single or shared room for up to 4 people (Room N° 2) is a good exceptional and inexpensive space for all globetrotters, cyclists, hikers and city travelers. Your room Room N° 1 - Buddhas Bedroom 1 double bed (140x200) Bunk bed for a beautiful view of the countryside. Bed edge height 80 cm. With two armchairs and a small folding desk. The bathroom with shower, tub and toilet is right next to your room (s) on the first floor. On the ground floor is also the guest toilet. Both rooms are non-smoking rooms. Towel set 1.00€ per person. The accommodation tax or the tourism tax of the City of Trier of 4.0% (from 2027-01-01 = 4.5%) on the Airbnb price is to be paid here at my place. For only one night, there is a €3 one-night surcharge per person, which is payable to me in cash, via PayPal or via Airbnb, together with the accommodation tax of the city of Trier. Breakfast In the morning between 8:00 and 10:00 we serve delicious breakfasts on request: Breakfast is only offered from 2 people. Before your binding booking, please clarify with the host if breakfast is possible for your booking period. The booking does not automatically qualify for breakfast. Breakfast is not included in the booking price; prices on request. If we can't offer breakfast, we will be happy to provide you with cutlery, cups and plates. You can buy your breakfast in the nearby shopping center and then enjoy your breakfast on the tropical terrace, for example. Mini Refrigerator You will find a mini fridge with cheap drinks as well as snacks, e.g. Chips available (prices according to the price list on site). Kitchen ! The kitchen can't be used by the guests! Terrace + garden The terrace is open from 8 till 22:00 (legal quiet hours). Outside of these opening hours, the terrace may not be used due to the neighborhood. Exceptions are generally only possible in prior agreement with the host. Check In 14:00 - 20:00 Check out 11:00 A later arrival is generally possible in advance with the host. A tip: The city of Trier offers the TrierCard families for €16 per person /€32.00. The TrierCard allows free travel on the inner-city bus lines and grants numerous discounts during the stay in Germany's oldest city ! TrierCard validity period: The TrierCard is valid for 3 consecutive days from the 1st day of validity. The TrierCard is available: You can purchase the TrierCard directly from me, so you can start right from me; or in the tourist information on the Porta Nigra and of course also directly online and then by mail. Please inform me at least 2 days in advance if you want the TrierCard from me. Bus connections /taxi From my accommodation you have very good bus connections. Within 100 m there are 6 different bus lines that take you to all corners of Trier and surroundings. On weekdays, the buses run every 7 - 10 minutes until about 24:00 and on weekends until about 3:00 in the morning. The journey time to the center is about 15-20 minutes. Bus: You can see the departure and arrival times of the buses via the VRT app. You can buy the tickets directly from the bus driver: Prices at: Swt Bus Ticket Prices Trier Taxi: A taxi ride costs about 15-20 Nature , hiking and biking trails, canoe tours, lakes, Vulcan Maare ... Right at my front door, the beautiful hiking trail "Trierer-Galgenkopf-Tour" of the Saar-Hunsrück dream loops passes by. There are other great nature experiences in Trier, Luxembourg (e.g. Luxembourg Switzerland, the Müllertal… ) and in the surrounding area. I would be happy to give you tips and provide you with information material. There is a shopping center about 200 meters away as well as a sports center for tennis, squash, badminton and with sauna. Restaurants; Directly within walking distance (200 - 1000 m) you will find 7 different restaurants: - Right in one place: "Weingut Gehlen" & Gasthaus Wollscheid" - Glass house Indian cuisine + pizza - "Great Wok" All you can eat China Restaurant - "Dolce Vita" Pizzeria - "Restaurant Café Tarforst" Döner, pizza - "Augustino Eiscafé" - if it is good and quite cheap, also the really good Unimensa :-). You can enjoy your drink in our cozy Buddha Bar, our chill lounge or in our Tropical Garden. It is definitely worth making a stop here in the oldest city in Germany and the birthplace of Karl Marx! Even the old Romans knew how beautiful it is in our city on the lovely Mosel.
