Once your booking is confirmed from Airbnb and released the address, is very easy for everyone with a map/navigation app to find our address with a photo of the white house. You are most welcome to enjoy and rejuvenate in our beach home. The Private Room is cozy and bright and it is part of the shared property with other guests. It is for a non-smokers. Expect a Private bedroom with Private entrance and you share a bathroom with other guests. Please note: No kitchen. No pool. The big spa in the shared bathroom is NOT allowed to be used for a reason! Therefore please understand it is NOT in the Amenities of the listing. The shared bathroom is spacious with a rainfall shower. Quiet place to relax. No TV The bedroom has a sliding glass door that can be used as a private entrance. In the Private room, there is ceiling fan, WIFI, table and chairs, hangers, towels, hair dryer, a Bar fridge, a microwave oven, a kettle, plates, cups, glasses, tea, and cutlery for your convenience. Check-in is any time after 4 pm - 10 pm. Check out before 10 am Please as well, identify, the name, of who is coming with you to stay on the property. The listings come with rules, but it ensures a very clean and very safe living arrangement.  In a shared house, there are rules for reasons, which are mostly common sense and you should've learned the first seven years of your life. From Broadbeach, there is a direct light rail connection to SURFERS PARADISE. Take time out to visit SEA WORLD, MOVIE WORLD, WET'NWILD, WHITEWATER, and DREAMWORLD. Coolangatta Airport terminal is a 15-20 minute drive from our home. Down the road is WILDLIFE CURRUMBIN SANCTUARY where there is a Koala to hold and you can enjoy the company of a Kangaroo. WHALE WATCHING also can be on your wish list. You can explore the Gold Coast Hinterland and Rainforest and much, much more...
