For a beautiful family vacation, and unforgettable memories! In winter, our chalet is located EXACTLY 2 km from the Hohneck resort and its ski slopes. In summer, it is perfectly equipped with garden loungers, deckchair, parasol, garden table, outdoor games and of course a barbecue to enjoy the garden with family. (also garden chairs and children's bench!) you will also find at the chalet, a GB Pockit+ stroller, NEW and complete, (with adapters for Cosi, and rain cover) for your young children, so that you can travel "lighter"....! Guest access Located 800 m above sea level, you will have the entire chalet, 100 meters from the perfectly snow-free main road leading to the ski resorts of Hohneck and Lispach, so without any worries about accessibility. Other things to note - SECURITY DEPOSIT: €500 (checks or cash) to be given on the day of your arrival to the person welcoming you at the chalet, in order to cover any damage and deterioration. This deposit will be returned to you within 8/10 days after your stay and inventory. - SHEETS, DUVET COVERS, PILLOW CASES, TOILET LINEN: NOT PROVIDED. (Pillows and duvets provided of course.) - CLEANING: The service is mandatory, so that everyone can benefit from the same standards of services and benefits. Service charged €80. However, you will still have to: - wash and put away your dishes. - empty the kitchen and bathroom garbage cans. - empty the fridge. - empty the selective sorting bags. - ELECTRICITY CHARGES: Included in the cost of the stay, up to 200 kwh/week, in proportion to the length of the stay. In addition, beyond that, at the price of €0.22/kWh according to meter reading. In this case, to be paid on site before leaving the chalet to the person welcoming you. - WATER, WOOD, WIFI: Included in the rental cost. - TOURIST TAX: (recorded and paid when you book), €1.05 incl. tax per day and per person over 18 years old, fully paid to the municipality. - PETS: They are welcome, however you will be asked for an additional charge of €50/animal/stay, due to an additional anti-mite treatment during the maintenance of the chalet. - KITCHEN STOCK: You will find salt, pepper, oil, vinegar on site. Coffee filters. Some coffee and tea to help you out. Please make sure to replace them if needed. Same for household products.
