Min 1 night stay.Covid19 vaxd The space Our family home is located in a cul-de-sac adjoining a park with lots of trees, bird life and view of the mountains & valley from the family lounge/dining area on ground floor. It is quiet, peaceful, bright, very clean and inviting with all amenities and modern décor. Free off street parking. The private bedroom is located on the first floor with door chain, double bed with quality linen, blanket, doona and extra pillows, mirrored full wardrobe, small desk,ironing facilities, own heating and cooling. The private full bathroom is luxurious and complete with full deep bathtub with bath salts and candles provided for a candlelight bath. Shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, toilet paper, hairdryer & weighing scales. The private lounge area adjacent to the bedroom has a bar fridge, tea & coffee making facilities,crockery and cutlery. A workstation with Wifi. A private outdoor space "chill" to relax, have a meal, enjoy a glass of wine or read a book whilst listening to the birds. Shared full laundry facilities. Cooking facilities for longer stays to be negotiated for use of the family kitchen on ground floor. Shared fridge freezer and microwave in family kitchen.There is a local café and restaurant within walking distance. A variety of other restaurants, local shops, supermarket/bottle shop, post office and large shopping centres are nearby for other needs. Montmorency Train Station is 15/20 minutes walk and 5 minutes by car. Bus stop to Montmorency station and Airport is 2 minute walk from house. A safe and convenient location/base to explore the attractions of Melbourne & Victoria. Guest access Guests have access to their private bedroom, private full bathroom with shower and bath, lounge area with Tea/coffee making facilities and bar fridge and a workstation with access to Wifi. Use of microwave located in the family kitchen and laundry facilities to be shared on ground floor. A private outdoor garden space for relaxation. Family Kitchen facilities to be shared for long term stays to be negotiated in advance. There is no seperate entrance to guest accommodation. During your stay We invite our guests to interact with our family whilst also respecting our privacy, family time and meal times. Other things to note There is no separate entrance to guest accomodation as it is on the upper level of the family home. Minimum of 1 night stay unless otherwise agreed and accepted prior to booking with a valid reason. We kindly ask you respect our family home. If this rule is violated we will have no option but to ask you to leave and leave a negative review with report to airbnb Guests to meet the requirements of being fully vaccinated for Covid19. Extra charge of $5 for laundry for overnight stays You may be asked to leave the premises at any time if any of the house rules are violated or are not adhered to.
