On the ground floor there is a wide living room, with fireplace and dining table for 8 people, as well as a separate well equipped kitchen. On the first floor there are a double bedroom, with queen size bed and magnificent view, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. The second floor is occupied by a suite with a queen size bed and sitting area. Its sofa bed can accommodate two more guests. A second bathroom with shower is located on this level. The exterior is characterized by a large private garden with panoramic terrace equipped with garden furniture and dining area under a porch. The pleasant above ground pool is located so as to be exposed to the sun from morning to dusk. The property is fenced and includes a private park with secular trees and a barbecue located behind the building.
