This trail is an old railroad track which has been paved, it also has an unpaved horse trail. The trail goes east to Stillwater and west to St Paul. If you are looking for a burger and a beer go north about a mile to Sal's Bar and Grill. For German food and beer head south about a mile to the Gasthaus Bavarian Hunter Restaurant. Or you could just stay at the cabin, have a campfire, and roast hot dogs and make s'mores in the fire pit.
