The studio has between 25 and 30m² It has a room with a double bed, or two single beds, at the customer's option. The kitchen is fully furnished, it consists of a small kitchen. There are several community washing machines, in case the client wants there is a Self Service laundry. There is a bathroom with a shower tray. There is an iron, a dryer, everything the client may need. The property is located about 2 minutes from the Los Cristianos beach and the marina. There are about five pharmacies around it, several supermarkets, a bus station just in front of the property.
