FIRST AT THE BEACH is located at Arrawarra Headland, just metres to the beach. 4 bedrooms, 3 decks (two view the ocean), 2 bathrooms, 3 showers, a large fully equipped kitchen and living area, a second (quiet room) sitting area, fans in all the rooms, BBQ, washer and dryer and excellent internet. The back yard is fenced and a maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. The space FIRST AT THE BEACH is located at Arrawarra Headland. The house is just metres to a fabulous, dog friendly beach that caters to all levels of activity. Swimming, surfing, wading, standup paddle boarding... it's all here. View the beach directly from the house, pick your optimum time to enjoy the water and surf and others can walk down to meet you at their leisure. Apart from driving into town for coffee, take away or groceries (6-7 minutes into Woolworths at Woolgoolga), you won’t need a vehicle. If you are so inclined, there is a boat launch 1/2 a block from the house. FIRST AT THE BEACH sleeps a maximum of 10 with 4 bedrooms, 3 decks, 2 bathrooms, 3 showers, a large kitchen and living area, a second (quiet room) sitting area, fans in all the rooms, BBQ, washer and dryer and excellent internet. We also provide good quality linen. The two front decks have views to the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped and guests are welcome to use the fresh herbs and veggies from the garden. There are also oils, spices, a full pantry etc., pretty much everything you need for an easy stay. This is a perfect rental for family and friend's holidays and reunions. The living areas are large and can accommodate group meals easily. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. Other things to note We welcome pets both inside and outside this accommodation with the following rules... At no time should the pet be left unattended inside or outside the house. Owners are asked to bring their pet's own bedding, to keep their pet off the furnishings and to clean up after their pets inside and outside.
