The space Welcome to Villa Aloe, a serene haven meticulously cleaned and disinfected by Luxury Cleaning, located in the picturesque 'Fuentemar' urbanisation in Vera Playa. Ideal for families or those desiring a peaceful coastal getaway, our charming retreat offers both relaxation and modern convenience. Important: Please report any unlikely issues with Villa Aloe upon arrival. If anything is not properly cleaned or missing, inform our check-in team immediately. We strive to resolve any issues at the start, not at the end when a solution is not feasible, to ensure your complete comfort. Ground Floor: Open plan, fully equipped kitchen and a lounge/dining area with two sofas, a 43" TV, dining table, and access to a quaint outside patio. First Floor: Two peaceful bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with two singles, each boasting large wardrobes, A/C and heating units, ceiling fans, and mosquito nets. A spacious separate bathroom with a rain shower and natural light. Solarium: A privately enclosed rooftop solarium with garden and swimming pool views, west-facing for stunning sunsets, complete with sun loungers, a table, chairs, and a sun umbrella. Fuentemar Urbanisation: Beautiful, clean, white Andalusian-style setting featuring two large community swimming pools, a separate children's pool, exclusively for homeowners. Villa Aloe enjoys a prime spot in the prestigious Fuentemar urbanisation, boasting a picturesque garden-side setting with delightful pool views. Conveniently situated near the main gate of the urbanisation, it offers the perfect balance of accessibility and tranquility. This ideal location means you won't have to carry luggage or groceries over long distances. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of traffic noise and surrounded by abundant free public parking, Villa Aloe provides both ease and serenity for your stay. Swimming Pools: Open from June 1st to September 30th, with hours from 10:30-15:00 and 16:30-21:30. For a tranquil stay: Villa Aloe is a sanctuary for relaxation, unsuitable for parties or loud guests. Strictly non-smoking (inside and outside) to ensure peace for all guests and neighbours. Late Check-In (After 9 PM): Available upon request for an additional fee of 35 euros, payable upon arrival. Please arrange this at least one week in advance to confirm availability. House Specifications: Kitchen: Fridge freezer, oven, induction hob with extractor fan, toaster, kettle, washing machine. Lounge: Two couches, dining table and chairs, 43" TV, ceiling fan, A/C and heating unit, mosquito net. Bedrooms: Master with A/C, ceiling fan, double bed, mosquito net, large wardrobe. Second bedroom with two single beds, A/C, ceiling fan, mosquito net, wardrobe. Bathroom: First floor, spacious with a bath. Front porch: Covered area with outdoor table and chairs, awning for privacy. WiFi: 300 mbps Fibre Optic, perfect for remote work or connecting with loved ones. Additional Amenities: Iron and board, hairdryer, drying rack, high chair available upon request. We cherish our young visitors, but please note that we do not have a cot available at Villa Aloe. We kindly ask guests travelling with infants to bring their travel cot to ensure their comfort and safety. Seasonality: Please Note: In July and August, as is common in coastal areas of Spain, children may play in all urbanisation areas in Vera Playa, often until late at night. This contributes to a lively summer atmosphere. However, if you are particularly sensitive to noise, this is something to consider. During off-peak months, the area transforms into a haven of serenity, perfect for those seeking tranquility. Vera Playa, known for its calm and natural beauty, may not offer the ambience you're looking for in the off-peak season if you prefer more lively surroundings. Please note that, as is typical in any urbanisation, there may occasionally be renovations in nearby houses or on surrounding streets. This is beyond our control, and we can only take responsibility for factors within our property boundaries. Thank you for your understanding. KEYS: Guests are responsible for covering the cost of replacing any lost or misplaced keys. This includes an additional administrative fee for replacing swimming pool keys, which necessitates a trip to collect the replacement key. It is therefore that we kindly request a responsible use of the electricity (heat pumps and hot water use especially) during your stay. For stays longer than one month (which are receiving a generous discount for a long term stay) we are happy to go the extra mile and cover up to 150 Euros per month of power. This will be enough for guests who are careful and do not leave the heat pump on all day, or have constant hot showers. Additional power used by guests (more than 150 Euro/month) will be covered by the guests. Please make sure you agree with this before you proceed with a booking longer than one month.
