Fully furnished and clean cabin on 4 acres bordering the West Branch of the Delaware River. Great for fishing, hunting, kayaking, canoeing or just a relaxing weekend away. Cabin has 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, a loft with 1 full bed, 1 twin bed, 1 twin cot and a futon. Full Kitchen and Bathroom with Shower Stall. I provide a Roku SmartTV, WiFi, DVD/VCR player, Surround Sound System, Air Conditioning, Heat, Refrigerator/Freezer, Stove, Microwave, Coffee Maker and Toaster oven. The space Cabin is approximately 22' x 26' with a huge deck with amazing water views that surrounds 2 sides of the cabin with 2 stairways. There is a Propane BBQ and 2 sets of tables and chairs and Umbrella with plenty of space to be comfortable and relax. Guest access There is a 3 person canoe for fishing or sight-seeing(Bring your Kayaks). You can drive into town to the Fairgrounds, drop the boat in the water and float back down to the property. It is approximately a 4.5 mile float that could take about 2-3.5 hours depending on the flow of the water. Fishing season: you can walk right to the river and fish, our property is directly on the river. Hunting season: I can arrange private land hunting with my neighbors. Prices to be discussed. Other things to note Fishing and hunting are outstanding. My cabin sits on the West Branch of the Delaware River. It is known for fishing Small Mouth Bass, Trout and Rock Bass. I can arrange access to hunt on 200+ acres just next to my property.(additional fee will apply)There is a small pond approximately 4 miles away that you can fish on as well. Wildlife is abundant. We normally see 2-3 pairs of Bald Eagles with 1 large adult perched on tree on other side of river each morning. Don't forget to bring your camera; birds and wildlife are abundant. When you arrive there will be coffee and tea available. I provide condiments(ketchup, mayo, mustard, coffee creamer, sugar, spices, cooking oil.) Cups, mugs, plates, cutlery, pots/pans for cooking are all on site. The bathroom will have towels, wash cloths, shampoo and soap. Beds will have sheet sets, blankets and pillows. There is a kitchen/living area with table and 5 chairs, love seat and couch. There is another small table with 4 wheeled seats for card playing(Push the button in the middle of the table and it goes up and down.) There is a phone, the number is posted on the wall next to the fridge.
