Our cottage was partly renovated by us to make it a welcoming and relaxing place. This old barn where my grandfather and then my dad pressed the grapes, from this time there remains the screw of the press which proudly stands in the center of the living room. The charm of the old meets the comfort of modern materials, we hope you will find in this place a haven of peace to recharge your batteries. Our small hamlet is located in the Burgundian countryside. Parking The space The accommodation named: Les Caudalies is a newly renovated old barn, we tried to keep its original character. Exposed old stones, press screws, beams. You will stay in the spacious living room where there is a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette machine, etc.) and a lounge area with corner sofa, TV and a small wood stove, underfloor heating makes the atmosphere of the room very comfortable. A staircase will take you upstairs where the small bathroom is located (towel dryer, shower, sink, toilet), and 2 bedrooms (electric heating). A small terrace overlooking the surrounding nature will welcome you. Other things to note During the summer: in June, July and August, I prefer rentals for a full week or a minimum of 5 days!
