A quiet comfortable room which opens out to a large private covered deck. An 8 metre walk outside under the covered deck takes you to a private bathroom and laundry. From the deck you access a beautiful private garden which boarders onto a native forest. wake up to the sound of birds, then stroll one minute to New Zealand's most famous surfing beach. Park on the large front lawn then access the room via a private side entrance. The space Place the bean bag under a shady tree or relax in the hammock there are lots of places to relax and read. Or crank up the Webber BBQ and enjoy a glass of wine. Guest access To access to the room from the grassed car park is a 50 metre (30 second) walk up the drive and along the side of the house to the room at the back. Other things to note Please be aware, that the Bedroom is off an outside covered deck. To access the Bathroom guests have to step outside the bedroom and walk 8 metres under the covered deck to then access the private bathroom/laundry.
