The living room futon converts to a full bed with lofted twin on the top bunk. The bedroom with king bed and armchair is very spacious. The apartment is the lower of two units, and has it's own private entrance and designated parking at the rear of the property (alley entrance). Amazon Alexa smart speaker in the space - just ask for music, news or the up to date local snow report. Roku Smart TV for streaming all your favorite shows and movies. Full apartment sized kitchen - 4 burner stove, oven, microwave & small refrigerator. Laundry machines available in unit.
