Lakewood Lodge-perfect for large family gatherings

Hire out all of Lakewood Lodge for yourself, ideal for extended family/friends gatherings. The famous children's camp is now available on Air BnB and comes with 5 x downstairs bedrooms plus the use of the upstairs dormitories. Free WIFI is available in the Lodge and our huge commercial kitchen is all yours. We have beautiful views over our man made lake as well as awesome views behind the Lodge over the Whangape River and Lake Whangape. Surrounded by our Lake, the Whangape River and Lake Whangape and nestled in trees over the property. Plenty of outdoor seating under cover. Other things to note There are some free activities that can be used at Lakewood Lodge. Waterslide running down our hill (bring dish liquid for a faster ride!), Outdoor Chess and Draughts, Pool & Table Tennis in our Games Room/Hall and Volleyball out the back of it. Animal Feeding can be arranged free of charge but must be organised before your stay. Our staff will come with you to feed our chickens, pigs, sheep, horses and goat. We have a list of free, simple activities/games that your adults can lead, especially good if your group has a few children, it helps keep them occupied. We have activities at Lakewood Lodge that require our staff to led them due to Health & Safety and our Audit requirements. These include Horse Games (children only) Kayaking, Climbing Wall, Archery, Flying Fox and our Low Ropes Challenge. These must be pre-booked well ahead of time so we can organise our staff.. The usual cost is $55 per person, per activity but packages can be made depending on your group numbers and how many activities you want. Activities usually last 1.5 hours and some have weight limits.
