From each room of this corner high floor unit (in Amdar Residence!) you see the blue bay and the red sunset. 3 bedrms, 3 bathrms, round bed, exquisite living/dining room, chef kitchen, veranda all around, swimming pool, gym. The space This place is made to make you happy! The 3 bedroom apartment is part of Amdar Residence luxurious complex, and located in the south east corner of the complex ( to ensure the best possible view to the bay, the swimming pool and the see). It is the only apartment in the complex that was (exquisitely) designed by the architect of the complex, and the only apartment with 3 bathrooms ( which is so desirable for a large group!) The view is unbelievable. From the veranda you can see the blue see, the red mountains, the lights of Eilat at night and the seashore of Aqaba. You can see the sunrise and the sunset! You can see the point where 4 countries meet- Egypt, Israel, Jordan and Saudi. How many verandas in the world have a view of 4 countries? As the apartment is a corner unit , there is a view of the water from every window, including from the all 3 bedrooms, from the living room, the kitchen. the master bath. The apartment is designed exquisitely with marble floors, original paintings and sculptures and top of the line furnitures. The chef kitchen is fully equipped for those who love to cook, with servings for 12 people, Nespresso machine, Foam maker and a dishwasher. The living room is furnished with white leader sectional sofas, a huge wood coffee table, an antique desk, a built-in library, and two carpets . The dining area has a round marble table, six leather chairs, and a library. The dining table is big enough to add 2 more folding chairs. "The round room" is the master bedroom with a 270 degrees view of the water, and also decorated in water colours. It has a round bed of 2 meters , an armchair, a binoculars (with which you can see Aqaba on the other side of the bay), a carpet, a bookshelves with intgrated folded desk, an en-suit marble bathroom (with a bath to soak with full view to the bay), and its own access to a veranda, again with amazing view. "The satellite” is the second bedroom. decorated with earth colours ( bedsheets and carpet), has a full size bed, a rocking armchair, en-suit a shower bathroom, wardrobe and view to the bay. "The desert room " is the third bedroom decorated in beige and white . It has a queen-size bed, a huge desk and a draws chest. There is an additional bathroom with a shower . "The satellite " is in fact a small independent unit ( like a studio) close to the entrance with its own small kitchenette - for tea, coffee, ect. This room is ideal for early wake up, for those who want to have a quick cup of coffee and go down to swim with out waking up the others. We offer (good) mattresses to put in the floor if you are a bigger group . We leave the mattress leaned in the wall with beddings so you can put it anywhere you choose in the apartment according to your needs/sleeping habits etc . Of course, there is a TV in the house. In fact, there are 3 TV’s . One with MiBox . You are welcome to use all of them but we only include one TV in the formal amenities as we can’t promise the cable company quick service in case one is not working. Guest access The guests have access to WiFi, Cable TV, a free house phone (not for inter-national calls..) . The guests can use the building semi-Olympic swimming pool. Feel free to use the dry and canned food that you find in the kitchen (check expiration date) , but we take no responsibility on its quality/freshness or any health related issues . (We like to stock our kitchen and we will really enjoy if you use it) Other things to note There is a concierge on duty from 7 am to midnight , who will open the elevator for you, direct you to the apartment, to your parking place , book a taxi for you, escort you to the Gym.... make sure to arrive before 11pm , otherwise you wont be able to enter the building . After entering the apartment, you will find there a chip on the internal door frame , and you will be able to operate the elevator by your self!
