Welcome to this spacious 3-bedroom 3 bath vacation retreat, thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The primary suite features a luxurious New King bed and a private ensuite bath with a double vanity and a garden tub/shower combo. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed with a twin over a full bunk that also has an ensuite bath with traditional tub/shower combo while the third bedroom offers a Queen bed and a conveniently located full bath in the adjoining hallway. After a fun-filled day at the beach, unwind in the expansive living room, complete with two plush sofas and a new electric leather recliner, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax. The open floor plan highlights a beautiful dining area with additional breakfast bar seating. Planning a family game night? You're covered - there's an extra table dedicated just for games and gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen is a dream for any home chef featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. Whether you're preparing a gourmet meal or a quick beach snack, you'll have everything you need. Start your mornings with coffee and breathtaking views and end your evenings in total comfort- perfect setting for unforgettable family memories. Amenities include 3 pools (pools are open daily from 9am until dusk), hot tub, fitness center, tennis/pickleball courts and marina. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Parking passes are managed by VRPS (Vacation Rental Parking Solutions) $55.00 plus tax, per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $350.00 per week or $55.00 per day. Any vehicles not registered will be ticketed, booted or towed at vehicle owner's expense. We hope to "sea" you soon!
