The fully equipped kitchen contains a full fridge, Tea and Coffee making facilities, cooking pads, oven, microwave oven, etc. The laundry features and iron & board, dryer and washing machine. Linen and Towels, soaps & shampoo etc. are provided. Note that the extra bed is not a fold-out sofa but an extrawide-design sofa only. The apartment itself is a strictly NO PARTY venue. Between 10pm and 6am the accommodation is limited to the booked guests only. Guest access The apartment is independent with an entrance of its own. We are available on-site and will provide a keycode. Other things to note This apartment is self-contained accommodation, which means that guests are expected to leave the room in approximately the same condition as they found it. Daily room service can be ordered against an extra fee of $25/night. IDs/payment info is required on arrival and bond may vary depending on size of group/day of week (esp. Saturday 1 nights), etc.. As they still present a fire hazard, electric vehicles (scooters, bikes), except wheelchairs are not permitted in the hotel.
