The property features comfortable bedrooms, a modern bathroom, fast Wi-Fi, and ample free on-road parking. Enjoy lovely views over the garden or towards Dartmoor, creating the perfect place to unwind. Guests are within a 10-minute walk of a Nisa convenience store, chemist, hairdresser/barber, local pubs, and restaurants, giving you everything you need close at hand. Larger stores such as M&S, Aldi, Sainsburys are a 5 min drive. Torbay Hospital 1.3 miles. Torbay beaches 5 miles. With its peaceful atmosphere, comfortable accommodation, and convenient village amenities, my home is an ideal place to relax and feel at home. Guest access Guests have access through the main front door via a flat entrance. Inside, there’s a porch area where you can leave shoes and hang coats before heading upstairs to your bedrooms and the shared bathroom, which includes a shower over the bath. The kitchen is not available for guest use, however, if available and booked in advance, breakfast can be enjoyed in the dining room for an additional charge. Guests are also welcome to relax in the front garden and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. During your stay I like to give guests the space to enjoy their stay while being available whenever needed. Work permitting, I’ll usually be around to welcome you in person and am happy to answer any questions or offer local recommendations. If I’m not available in person, I’m always just a phone call or text message away and will do my best to help promptly throughout your stay. Other things to note Self check-in is available for your convenience. Automated check-in messages, including key safe details, will be sent from 2:00 pm on your arrival day.
