2 Bright Clean rooms in modern house that share a bathroom with each other. 1 single room with 1 bed for 1 person with smart TV. 1 family room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed for a Max 3 persons. Both rooms can be booked as singles using the single beds. (2 persons). The space 2 bedrooms; a double and a single bed in one room with its own sink and TV, and a single room with a TV. Both with comfortable beds, clean linen and towels provided. Dolce Gusto drinks machine with complimentary coffee/tea making facility in the room. There is 1 bathroom with a shower for use between these 2 rooms, with complimentary toiletries. No kitchen use. Breakfast is an optional extra cost, I make homemade bread and jam, I have homegrown tomatoes, blackberries and raspberries. I have my own hens for fresh eggs. I can make a delicious full english breakfast or a lighter continental style. Airport Collection possible, POA. Guest access Guests are welcome to make use of the front open garden. Breakfast is available in the dining room or can be eaten outside in rear private garden. Breakfast is an additional cost. During your stay I have a good local knowledge of the area, and am happy to share this with my guests. I may be able to offer breakfast which could include my own free range eggs, if my hens have laid that morning, homegrown tomatoes, raspberries, blackberries, (seasonal!), homemade jam, and homemade bread if you really book it in advance! Breakfast is a personal request option, text/email me, and it is an additional cost paid on arrival. Other things to note Tea & Coffee making facilities, TV, clean towels and hairdryer provided in your room. Fast Wi-fi, parking, bus stop 4 mins. Very near Torbay Hospital. Close to The English Riviera, and easy access to Newton Abbot, Exeter, Dartmoor etc. Cycle friendly, cycle route to Haytor and beyond! Your pedal cycle can be securely stored in the garage. 15 minute walk to Parish Church which hosts a number of live bands, available on worldunlimited website. The Parish Community Centre has various activites and courses.
