Cottage for Two Between Coast and Countryside

Designed as a peaceful retreat for two, this 55 m² Charentais cottage lies within Les Noyers, a former wine estate surrounded by mature gardens. Old stone, carefully chosen furniture and contemporary touches create a warm, elegant atmosphere. A private terrace, large heated pool and peaceful countryside complete the stay, around 25 minutes from the Atlantic beaches and within easy reach of Royan, Saintes, Rochefort and the Île d’Oléron. The space This 55 m² cottage has its own private entrance and a spacious open-plan room combining a queen-size sleeping area with a comfortable lounge. It also includes a separate, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Very high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it suitable for remote working. Outside, you will have your own private terrace for dining and relaxing, together with a charcoal barbecue. Access to the heated pool and mature grounds is detailed in the “Guest access” section. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the cottage, its private entrance and its own terrace. You will also have access to the 9 × 4 m heated saltwater pool, with the water generally kept close to 27°C, depending on weather conditions. It is shared only with guests staying in one other cottage and is open from 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., from 20 April to 15 October. The estate’s mature grounds are shared and may be enjoyed by guests for walks or relaxing in the shade of the trees. Other things to note Les Noyers is set in peaceful countryside. Everyday essentials, including supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and other local services, can be reached in less than ten minutes by car. A car is recommended for visiting restaurants, beaches and the main attractions in the area. Well-behaved dogs are welcome and remain the responsibility of their owners. In the estate’s shared areas, they must be supervised and kept on a lead, particularly as other guests and animals may be present.
