hi! you get an excellent value for money deal in this house. you will get amenities like wifi, airconditioner, mattresses, blankets, pillows,bedsheets, water purifier,water heater, bathroom essentials like soap,shampoo,working table,chair, aroma oil diffuser,iron etc. its a nice budget home suited for everyone who want a decent place to stay in mumbai. NOTE : its on the 4th floor without lift. you have to climb 60 odd steps by stairs.but you get a best value for money deal if you can manage The space its location and the value for money that guests get is the unique thing about this house Guest access you will get the entire property to use,not shared with anyone. Other things to note wifi may not work sometime if there is a technical issue though it does not happen 90 percent of the time. AC Charges will be extra, one fifty rupees per day.
