Koru Apartment with pool in seaside town of Mimice

Our Koru Apartment is named after the Maori word koru=new life/new beginnings which was fitting for us moving from New Zealand to Croatia to start a new life in 2018. The Koru Apartment is part of Waterview Apartments. we have 3 one bedroomed self contained units on our property which has great views over the Adriatic Sea and at the rear over the mountains. A heated pool was built in 2020. We have 1 free parking per unit. Mimice is a beautiful old village with many beaches on our doorstep. The space The beach is a maximum of 10 min walk on a hot day (on the way back up 15 min), a Studenac shop, postoffice, Tourist Bureau and bar/cafe/pizzaria within 5 min walking distance. There are other restaurants in the immediate area and so are many other beaches within a short drive. The nearby towns of Omiš and Makarska have other entertainment such as mountain climbing, ziplining, boating, a variety of restaurants/bars and more available. Biokovo Park has a new skywalk from which the views over the island are fantastic. Ask us what you would like to do and we will help you make plans 😀 Guest access Guests have access to the pool, our sun terrace with sunbeds which overlooks the pool and the sea and a separate sitting area near the top of the property where a coffee or sunset drink can be enjoyed. Other things to note We want our guests to have a great holiday and are here to offer help as much as needed. We speak English, Dutch and German.
