Pips on Bank - Beautiful Historical Cottage

Pips on Bank is a beautifully restored bluestone cottage with an eclectic style and some artistic flair to ensure your holiday is one to remember. Walking distance to the lovely seaside village, beaches, markets and award winning restaurants. A large and luxurious lawned backyard is a feature that includes a guest shed with bikes, basic fishing gear and some toys to entertain, or just laze in the sun with a cocktail or cuppa! Feel free to partake in anything the veggie patch has on offer. The space Please note that our minimum stay is usually 3 nights unless prearranged with the owner. We do not do overnight stays but will arrange weekends in the winter months. Pips on Bank is a small cottage and is true to its original features in most of the rooms. So much so, that as you get to the rear bedrooms, you will understand how short the original Irish settlers were! Please remember to 'duck' in these two doorways. I am sure you will appreciate the quirky nature of the house that the period brings. The 'cookie cutter' look and blandness , is nowhere to be found in this cottage, the bluestone charm abounds! I have however, included luxurious quality in all of the necessities and provided all that you need to make a fabulous holiday memory. Guest access Our Cottage is highly accessible to the village, bus stop, restaurants and beaches by foot. The first morning coffee, can be found at Port Fairy Coffee Roasters 500m away or a late brunch or dinner in just a gentle stroll. Pips on Bank is accessible at the front door entry for wheelchairs and whilst there is a step at the other two doors, they are a single step of only 10-12cm. Other things to note We have unlimited internet, because let's face it, sometimes 'downtime' includes just lazing around on social media. Be sure to post lots about Pips though :) We also have a smart TV so you can log in to your Netflix or Stan account and binge watch on the couch! Just remember to log out of your accounts when you leave.
