The space If you want to get away from standardized hotel structures, you will enjoy a protected space in our bright and comfortable family villa. Welcomed by our on-site concierge, you will settle in for a restful and relaxing stay. Quietly located, without neighbors, in a cul-de-sac, overlooking the golf course, you will only have the unobstructed view of the state forest. The different terraces around the pool, in front of the master bedrooms or at the foot of the landscaped dune, are all places where you can enjoy pleasant moments to sunbathe, read a good book, play with children or dine in the evening in the heart of nature. The pool is secured by a barrier and an alarm (if you ask, between June 29 and September 7, the heat pump can bring the water temperature to 27 degrees for an additional cost of 200 euros per week). Our villa for 10 people, on 2 floors and 170 m2 of living space is particularly comfortable. The living room easily allows 10 people to dine around a large table. The open kitchen is equipped with modern appliances (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, etc.). The 1st master suite is equipped with a 160 cm double bed and a bathroom with bathtub and double sink. The 2nd is equipped with a 160 cm double bed and a bathroom with shower and double sink. These 2 suites overlook outdoor terraces. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms: the 1st of 30 m2, has 4 beds of 90 cm and a desk. The second, facing south, overlooks the golf course and the forest and has 2 beds of 90 cm, which can be assembled to make a bed of 180 cm, as well as a desk. A bathroom is located between the 2 bedrooms, offering a shower and a single sink. The toilets on the ground floor and upstairs are independent of the bathrooms. For very young children, a high chair, a wooden baby bed and a folding umbrella bed are available (possibility to rent extra if you need an extra bed or chair). A plancha is available. This villa is the perfect spot for your family or group of friends vacation. The city center of Biscarrosse Bourg and the ocean are accessible in 10 minutes by car or by bike via the bike paths, arranged in the middle of the pines and located directly at the exit of the golf course. The Dune du Pilat and Arcachon are a 20/30-minute drive away. While Bordeaux is 1 hour away. Linens are provided and it is possible to rent towels on site (5 euros per person, including a large and a small towel). Intermediate cleaning possible for stays longer than 7 nights (100 euros). A deposit (not cashed) of 2000 euro is required upon arrival. This deposit will be returned 1 week after checkout. The cleaning fee is 200 euros and is to be paid upon check-in.
