Located in the historic district of downtown, the Goldsboro Loft offers the highest quality appliances and finishes that keep with the historic and industrial charm of downtown Goldsboro. This specific dwelling is 2320 total sq ft. and was designed with industrial decor and furnishings. It offers high-end charm for travelers on a budget! Located over Goldsboro's popular bar, Goldsboro Brew Works, come out for an exciting night on the town! The space The Goldsboro Loft is unlike anything else in this part of the country. The amount of detail that was put into this historic building in order to keep with its industrial charm is unprecedented. The design and beauty of this space along with its location to Goldsboro's newest nightlife will allow for a very enjoyable stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire Loft plus the common area outside on the patio. There is also a laundry room downstairs, with plenty of storage for longer stays. Parking is all free but not dedicated to the Loft. There is a city parking lot behind the building, and free parking in the street. Other things to note Our loft is NOT kid/baby proof. The countertops are made of concrete, and the floors are refinished 100-year-old pine. The staircase is made of solid wood and does not protect children from falling. The brick in this loft, although has been treated, refurbished, and well-maintained, is still over 100 years old. Therefore, expect some brick dust to be around the edges of windowsills and the flooring baseboards. Our cleaning staff does a great job of making sure it is as spotless as we can, but the charm of an old building is still there. Also, the loft is above a taproom bar, and can be noisy at night, especially on the weekends. We have done a lot to soundproof, but you can’t block all the noise. The good news is you have instant access to all the beverages that you like only feet away!! Early check-in (1 hour) OR Late check-out (1 hour) is available upon request for an additional $30, if availability allows.
