In the cozy living area, in addition to a comfortable couch and two armchairs, there is also a radio, a DVD player and a flat-screen TV. Enter the balcony from here and enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air. Free Wi-Fi is also available in the apartment. The kitchenette integrated in the living room has a 2-plate stove, dishwasher, microwave, mini oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fridge with freezer. Dear guests, this is a non-smoking apartment. Please also understand that pets are not allowed in this apartment. You can park your car in the underground parking lot on parking space no. 18 (max. parking height 1.50 m; not suitable for station wagons). Bicycles can be parked in a bicycle cellar in the underground parking garage. For guests whose vehicle is too large for the underground garage and who stay at least 7 days, 50 percent of the fees for a parking space in the parking garage at EDEKA will be covered. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located in the common areas of the house and can be used for a fee. In the entrance area of building 1 there is a seating area.
