Architecture and modern decoration fully equipped wifi available for a good family holiday. It has 4 bedrooms with their bathroom with walk-in shower and private toilet. Each of them have their charm due to their different decoration. The linen is provided . On the ground floor you have access to a beautiful living space where there is a comfortable corner lounge with a large screen and tnt to watch all the French channels like at home. A fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob oven dishwasher microwave oven electric coffee maker electric kettle as well as all the crockery and utensils necessary if you wish to cook. To take your meals you have a dining area with a very large table to take your meals inside or if you prefer there is the outdoor terrace with a lounge area. Also on the ground floor at your disposal a guest toilet, and one of the 4 bedrooms. Outside you have a private swimming pool to refresh yourself as well as deckchairs to bask in the sun, all this without any vis-à-vis. Our villa is located around the ramparts of Marrakech. Place jemaa-el-fna is accessible on foot or by taxi. Guest access The whole villa except for a 5th existing bedroom in this villa, it is closed for the private use of the owner. This is the room located on the first floor on the left in the main photo of the ad. Other things to note Check-in after 3 p.m. only. Please note the following additional charges: - Check-in between 9 p.m. and midnight: 100dh - Check-in between midnight and 6am: 200dh IMPORTANT: We inform our kind customers that: - For Moroccan or mixed couples (if one of the spouses is of Moroccan nationality) the marriage certificate is compulsory and must be presented at check-in. - It is strictly forbidden to bring or consume illegal substances within the accommodation or the residence. - Sex tourism is strictly prohibited under penalty of immediate expulsion and legal proceedings. - You are asked to adopt a good attitude towards the neighborhood (quiet hours between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.) and to respect local mores and customs. Parties and events are not allowed. - If the nuisance rules are not respected, the agency reserves the right to evict the tenants before the end of their stay. - Any additional guest must be declared to the host. - Only families, couples and mixed groups are allowed in our accommodation, in application of the rules of the residence. - Concerning the use of the swimming pool and the balconies, the tenant is responsible for his family and children, the Agency clears itself of any responsibility in the event of negligence of the Tenant. - For ecological reasons and to avoid any abuse, we inform our guests that electricity consumption will be limited to 70KW per day, i.e. the equivalent of 10 hours of total electricity use in the villa for 10 hours in a row, which is ample sufficient, in which case a surplus of 1dh the KW (official Radeema price) will be charged to you at check-out or taken from the airbnb deposit ⚠️ Important reminder: Accommodation is exclusively reserved for travelers listed on the reservation. For security reasons, the entrance to the property is equipped with a video surveillance system. Any unauthorized presence may result in cancellation of the stay in accordance with Airbnb's conditions of use.
