Villa Alfonso is a luxurious property located on the hill overlooking the Gulf of Cagliari, with a breathtaking view that will accompany your vacation. The villa is surrounded by greenery and a short walk from the beautiful beaches of southern Sardinia, where you can enjoy its swimming pool and have a romantic dinner under the stars. The villa has 4 bedrooms in the main body and two annexes, one located in front of the pool and one near the terrace overlooking the sea. The space The property consists of two adjacent villas separated from each other, called "Villa Alfonso 1 and Villa Alfonso 2" that can also be booked together exclusively, either for large groups or for other needs. The villas are separate from each other, and Alfonso 1 and 2 are located on the hill overlooking the Gulf of Cagliari, all spaces are cared for in every detail, both interior and exterior, with essential, elegant and modern decor. The living/dining area is located on the ground floor, has a balcony with sea view, and a first bathroom with shower on the floor. Three bedrooms ( two double and one for the boys ) , one with a sea view on the first floor and a second bathroom is at your disposal. A third double bedroom is located on the attic floor. There are also two guest rooms , each equipped with a double bed and the private bathroom, which will only be assigned to the filling of the main structure. In the garden area at your disposal the pool, with a barbecue . Please note, a house annex is reserved for service staff, the room is located under the parking area. Guest access The house is about 1 km from the coastal road, and is easily reached by an internal road that leads to the hill where it is located. A private parking space will be at your disposal and other free public parking spaces on the street, adjacent to the house. Other things to note Please note: ATTENTION: FROM JUNE 1, 2025, THE OBLIGATION TO PAY THE TOURIST TAX FOR NON-RESIDENTS WILL COME INTO FORCE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF QUARTU SANT'ELENA, WHICH WILL BE COLLECTED DIRECTLY IN THE STRUCTURE UPON YOUR ARRIVAL, AT THE COST OF 1 EURO PER NIGHT PER PERSON, OVER 14 YEARS OF AGE, AND FOR A MAXIMUM OF 5 CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS. EXAMPLE: 10-NIGHT STAY FOR 4 PEOPLE, AMOUNT PER PERSON OF 5 EUROS FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE STAY. The cleaning of the pool and the green areas around it will be done daily, mainly in the morning, without disturbing the guests by a trusted man of the property, who will also take care of the disposal of the waste that the guests must leave at night in the upper area of the parking lot. From this villa, access to the garden below the pool is not yet available No parties, the number of guests must match the number registered in the reservation, for any changes notify the property before your stay.
