In these newly-built, cosy villas, Ninemia Villa I and Ninemia Villa II , you will find an idyllic atmosphere, perfect for relaxing . The spacious rooms, luxurious facilities, and the mesmerizing views will have you entirely at ease. The complex offers two villas , with a shared pool . There are offered either separately or together, for large parties of families or friends. The houses are hidden for full privacy with an unobstructed panoramic view of the Aegean sea and south coasts of Paros . The space The internal and external design has been constructed to fit in with the carefree surroundings , offered to you. Guest access The facilities offered to you in one villa consist of 3 large double bed , bedrooms . There are 3 bathrooms to match. Downstairs, a large open plan lounge dining area is available to you with a fully equipt kitchen. You will also have access to an outdoor dining area, situated on the large terrace, which is accompanied with a barbeque. Outside, you will, of course , be able to chill out by the gorgeous outdoor swimming pool, which is perfect for cooling off from the hot sun. There is also a separate autonomus guest house . It is air-conditioned with onsite private parking, wireless internet,and alarm system. Other things to note Upon arrival at our villas, there is a welcome pack available for you. It consists of fresh bottled water, homebrewed wine from our local collection, a homemade marmalade, and fresh fruits. When you arrive at the airport or boating port, we will arrange for someone to meet you to bring you to the house if you so need it. We will make sure you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. We will happily provide you with all the ‘inside’ information about the best beaches, restaurants and bars.
