The space La Ferme des Deux Ifs is: - A fully renovated 240 m² house with: * A large open living room (kitchen, living room, living room) and bright with many openings overlooking the garden and the inner courtyard. Open kitchen with all the necessary dishes for your stay (American fridge, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove (gas oven: gas bottle included), coffee maker with coffee filter, toaster, kettle, soup grinder, electric mixer, pressure cooker, minute cooker...) Living room with dvd player (children's dvd available), Wi-Fi connection, library with children's and adults' books and books/documentation about the area (classified by theme). Coloring pages for children with colored pencils. * A 25.5 m² playroom with a multitude of board games for young and old. * 2 shower rooms (walk-in shower) and 2 toilets * A laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, cleaning products... * 5 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: 160*200 bed + baby crib with mattress Bedroom 2: bed 140*190 Bedroom 3: 140*190 bed Bedroom 4: 1 bed 140*190 + 2 beds 90*190 Bedroom 5: 1 bed 160*200 + wooden baby bed with mattress + changing table All bedrooms come equipped with duvet and quilt, 60*60 pillow Baby equipment: folding crib with mattress + mattress protector, wooden bed with mattress + mattress protector, changing table, high chair and baby bath - A fenced 2500 m² grassy garden where your children can play safely, relaxation area (sun loungers, deckchairs), terrace area. All shaded by 3 yews over 200 years old and a lime tree. Provision of balls (soccer, rugby, volleyball, basketball...), badminton rackets... Charcoal barbecue available. - A large inner courtyard completely enclosed by outbuildings. There is a table tennis table (paddles available), petanque ground (3 sets of balls on site), space to park your cars safely. Guest access You have access to all parts of the property. Once rented, you're at home, no one else on the Ferme des Deux Ifs. Check-in and check-out times * Weekly rental: Check-in after 4pm and checkout around 10am (customizable according to the previous and next rental) * Weekend rental or less than a week: Check-in possible on Friday morning until 1:30 p.m. or from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. For departure on Sunday, the cottage is at your disposal until 6 p.m., simply agree on the time of your departure. Otherwise, contact us, given our profession, we are quite flexible on schedules and we easily adapt to the requests of our customers. Other things to note * The price includes all charges: water, electricity (except electric car), heating, gas for the stove, Wi-Fi. There will be no extra charge at the end of the stay. * A deposit cheque of €300 will be required upon arrival Optional (not required): * End-of-stay cleaning fee €80 * Linen rental: €12 for 140/190 and 160/200 beds and €10 for 90*190 beds If you wish to take the end-of-stay cleaning package or rent the sheets: this will be paid upon arrival by check or cash. Roach and tench line fishing (frying can be taken away), carp fishing: various carp (to be put back in the water) Located 400 m from our farm and 1.5 km from the cottage Just bring your fishing gear
