Welcome to our hillside villa, a luxurious oasis of relaxation just a 10-minute drive outside Seville city centre. Surrounded by olive groves in a private and protected area, our charming villa in Valencina de la Concepción offers unspoiled views over the city, creating the perfect retreat for up to 8 guests seeking an extraordinary stay in Sevilla. The space As you enter our villa, the main entrance greets you with beautiful Andalusian Arabic-style wall tiles and an interior-decorated fountain, setting the tone for a delightful stay. The villa has a living room with a cosy sofa and smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen. With four bedrooms featuring three double and two single beds, along with three convenient bathrooms, comfort and privacy are assured for everyone in your group. Outside, our enchanting gardens, adorned with olive groves, palms, and vibrant flowers, provide a serene ambience that complements the large private pool. Our dedicated team of professional pool men and gardeners maintains the surroundings weekly, ensuring privacy and enjoyment throughout your stay. Your visit promises an ideal escape for a private and rejuvenating retreat, where you can relax and detoxify amidst the tranquillity of the surroundings. Guest access We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible, and as our esteemed guests, you'll have full access to the property, with all essential amenities such as bedsheets, towels and hand soap provided. Does NOT include pool towels. The villa offers heating and air conditioning throughout, with additional portable heaters available to keep you cosy during the winter months. The coffee machine is a Nespresso. As you unwind in our private swimming pool (approximately 1.20 M deep by the stairs, 2.40 M in the middle and 2 M at the end), available year-round, we kindly request adult supervision for small children's safety and using pool nappies. Let’s keep the pool area safe and fun by avoiding glasses in that zone and no diving in the shallow water. Oh, and kindly refrain from using small (pool) toys like lego or small balls, as they can cause damage. If you’re bringing toys, make sure they’re bigger than 50 CM (around 20 inches). We wouldn’t want any mishaps to spoil the fun! Enjoy music outside; keep the volume reasonable to maintain a peaceful ambience. Rest assured that ample parking space for up to 6 cars is available for your convenience. Other things to note For late arrivals after 20:00, we've arranged key collection from a secure box, ensuring a smooth and stress-free check-in. To respect the tranquillity of the surroundings, we kindly ask guests not to play loud music outside the house. And while we encourage you to enjoy your time with family and friends, please be aware that we do not allow weddings or parties.
