The Vintage house, a fully equipped two bedroom apartment (double beds), recently renovated in a lovely, independent early 20th century – one of the few of its kind in the center of Athens. The 95 sq.meters apartment is on the upper ground floor. After the 5 meter walk of the entrance, you step in the apartment's private court yard which is one of its most enchanting features –for your exclusive use– where you can enjoy your meals or relax after a long day of visits. The apartment can accommodate till 4 persons. It consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa-bed, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Located on a delightful, extra quiet street, you will enjoy the incomparable peace and quiet, away from the noise of the bustling city. Although you are in the very heart of Athens you could swear you’re in a village! The house’s traditional architecture, with its thick stone walls, provides a natural shelter from extreme temperatures both in summer and winter. Also there is a gas unit for direct warm water, cooking and independent heating. Its name derives from the Temple of Hephaestus, also known as Τhiseio, as it was, in earlier times, considered a temple of Theseus. The area has cafes and meeting points, which are most crowded during summer, and is also served by the nearby metro station of the same name. Thissio, is a taste of old Athens, where streets are shaded by flowering trees, lined with neoclassical houses with tiled roofs and charming courtyards, It's one of the most beautiful neighborhoods to explore in the city, with excellent dining and nightlife options. The brand new extra mini bathroom and the extra kitchen on the house s entrance are not yet delivered for usage due to technical reasons.
