A fully renovated 15th-century house located in a natural and privileged setting in Santa Llogaia del Terri, a small village of 40 inhabitants between Girona and Banyoles. Ideal for groups, the accommodation Vell Can Gironès is divided into different spaces. The house has independent rooms, and outside there is a garden with a porch, a fully equipped kitchen, a barbecue, and a saltwater pool, among others. The house has independent rooms with everything needed for a comfortable stay, full bathrooms, a kitchen-dining room with a fireplace, and a living room with a fireplace. Outside, there is a large garden with a porch, a fully equipped kitchen and barbecue, a children's play area for the little ones, and a saltwater pool (10x4 meters) to cool off in the summer. Peace and tranquility are what this house offers, and with its natural surroundings, it allows you to disconnect by walking along the trails in the midst of nature, swimming in the Terri River, relaxing in hammocks, or reading a good book... Within a 30-minute drive, there are places to visit and explore, although you can also greatly enjoy the area around the house. Guest access SLEEPING AREA: All rooms have heating, a fan, and are provided with bed linens. BATHROOMS: There are 2 full shared bathrooms. One of them is child-friendly and has a small toilet. They are stocked with toilet paper and a hair dryer. KITCHEN-DINING ROOM-LIVING ROOM: The kitchen has a fireplace and everything necessary for cooking: condiments (salt and pepper), utensils, and appliances (fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, juicer...). It is important to always leave everything used washed, dried, and in order. We have a living room with sofas and a fireplace to enjoy long conversations by the fire. GARDEN AREA: The garden offers spectacular sunrises and sunsets. It is a beautiful place to relax in a hammock or play with the children.
