Garden Room on common/ensuite+kitchenette+patio

The Garden Room - brick built, cosy, self contained, quirky "chalet" with own private access. Idyllic surroundings. You will find it comfortable and welcoming. This is a room with the added advantage of basic kitchen facilities - small utility area with microwave, larder fridge, toaster, sink, crockery, cutlery, glasses and mugs, chopping board and knife. NO OVEN or HOB NO SMOKING/CAR RECOMMENDED/NO VANS please The space An attraction of the Garden room is that you may come and go through your own front door. Although adjacent to the main house, the Garden Room is totally self contained with full privacy. The sleeping area is 8.5' x 14'16' It has a 24" TV with facility to take DVDs and an HDMI input. There are two hot water bottles, two folding chairs, hanging space, drawers & surfaces. There is a radiator and a small fan heater for extra warmth if needed. Through the adjacent Utility room there is a shower room with toilet and small basin for your exclusive use. In the Utility room there are very basic kitchen facilities - microwave, your own larder fridge, toaster, kettle & sink . . . plus hair dryer & ironing board. You will be totally private during your stay. Guest access You come in through the gate, turn left and go right up to the fence leaving space for two other cars on either side. The Garden Room behind you has a keysafe below its entrance light and name board . You will be messaged the code just before your arrival. On leaving please return key to keysafe and randomly rotate the tumblers. Many thanks! Other things to note DIRECTIONS … (Please look at the photos to recognise where to turn off Peachfield Road). You will come through Hanley Swan towards the Hills up to the Three Counties showground at a crossroads with traffic lights. Turn right here parallel to the Hills. Take first proper road on your left after about a mile - Peachfield Road. Continue up towards the Hills. DO NOT GO OVER THE RAILWAY BRIDGE. Turn left ALMOST ON THE RAILWAY BRIDGE down a little private tarmacadamed road by a sign saying nos. 50-68 Peachfield Road. At the fork in the road bear to the left . Woodpeckers is second from the end with the red shutters. The Garden Room is through the gate and immediately on the right. The Garden Room sign is on the wall beside the French windows. The key to the door is in the keysafe below the entrance light on the wall. Make yourselves at home!
