*POOL OPEN JUNE-SEPT 1* Located between Quantico, DC, and historic downtown Fredericksburg, this basement suite is ideal for touring the area or visiting your Marine at the Quantico base (it’s about a 15 drive from the entrance to TBS). We are located 10 minutes off of i95 and rt. 1 in a very safe, quiet, gated neighborhood. Great for stopping through on a road trip. We are waterfront on Aquia Creek, which opens to the Potomac River so come use our 2 kayaks and have a fire pit on the dock! The space This is our permanent home. You WILL hear us and our 2 toddlers, as we live on the top 2 floors. Our kids will be active between 8 AM-8 PM (although we are often on the go in the mornings). *Also, we own and operate a local boat cruise company! Please ask us about booking a sunset cruise! To enter, you will need to walk through our side yard and around the pool to get to your private entrance. Also note that when you exit this way, you CANNOT lock the door as you leave. It only locks from the inside. If this bothers you, please let us know and you can exit through our front door, no problem! NO events or parties- you may not book our pool to throw a pool party. We have neighbors on either side and cannot handle large parties with several extra guests. Please no more than 5 guests- we really don’t have the kitchen and bathroom capacity for more than that. Of course, if you have a special circumstance please send us an inquiry. IF YOU WANT TO BOOK TO USE JUST THE POOL: You will still be required to book for the night and can use the pool within normal checkin/checkout times. Please no more than 5 guests at the pool. Your private space includes a bathroom, a living room with a work-from-home desk and a tv, a bedroom, and a kitchen. It is a NONSMOKING space, inside and outside. If you are a smoker and would like to smoke outside, please speak with us first. While tenants may have a reasonable number of roommates or sub-tenants, these individuals must be registered with the association. All tenancies or sub-tenancies must be a minimum of 6 months. Transient living arrangements are prohibited. Message us for more clarification if needed. Guest access You have the entire basement to yourself. The yard is a shared space- we will need to come clean the pool daily and you may see us playing/mowing/using our deck and dock. Feel free to say hi!
