Guest access The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms, all with sea views and 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden and a sunny terrace. Dining room and living room with fireplace and panoramic view. Outside, terrace and garden for games or sunbathing. Other things to note The Municipality of Figueira da Foz created the Tourist Tax, according to Regulation No. 779/2023 published in the Official Gazette on July 17, 2023. All reservations made after 07/17/2023 are subject to the collection of the Tourist Tax, which covers the overnight stay fee modality with the following unit values: €1.50 per night (October to March) and €2.00 per night (April to September), up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. The Tourist Tax due per guest aged 16 years or over, regardless of their nationality, place of residence and type of reservation made.
