Beaston cottage is attached to the Grade 2* listed Manor House. It was built in the early 18th century and was once owned by Giles Hussey a renowned portrait artist whose work hangs in the National Portrait gallery. It is located close to the village of Broadhempston, In gentle green hills, a fabulous location for exploring the South Hams and Dartmoor. The space A simple yet homely cottage with three gorgeous bedrooms. All have luxury Egyptian 400 T.C bedding and goose down duvets. There is a family bathroom that boasts a roll top bath, twin sinks and large shower. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite wet room with walk in shower, W.C and sink. Downstairs there is a cozy wood burning stove in the sitting room with a Smart TV. The open kitchen and dining room has a 7 burner Rangemaster cooker, Nespresso Machine and all the cooking equipment you might require. The courtyard offers the opportunity for al fresco dining and also has a BBQ. There is a lawned area for children to play in. There is plenty of space to park cars and a field to walk in. Guest access You will have access to the whole cottage, courtyard and garden. There is very clear separation between the properties. Other things to note We are a rural location so phone signal can be intermittent.
