The studio is in our house but has a fully independent entrance. We've made it as comfortable as possible for you. It is located in the Tertre district near Parc de la Monniais. Close to the SNCF stop in Cesson (Rennes 5 min) and bus stops 34 and 67. Access to the ring road is also fast. Lots of free parking in front of the house. The space Close to a shopping mall and the Glaz Arena. Guest access The entrance to the studio is completely independent of the main entrance to the house. Plenty of parking options. I am available enough to always be present when you arrive, but if not, a lockbox will allow you to enter independently.
