The home is located in beautiful/historic Canandaigua New York. It is 2.5 miles to famously quaint downtown shopping /eateries and the highly rated Canandaigua lake . Close by you will find stately Sonnenberg Gardens , CMAC, The Finger Lakes Casino, Bristol Mountain, Eastview Mall (Victor, N.Y.) and the Waterloo Premium Outlet. Surrounded by world renowned Finger Lakes Wineries and Museums (Rochester N.Y.) , The ROC Airport is a mere 25 minute drive. Check out is 10:00 am Long term vacancy The space Very comfy and cozy. Nice décor with private room . The bathroom is private but if the other room is booked , it can be shared. Several weekends it is shared , And it seems to work out fine. There are animals that reside at the house. I have dogs and a cat. No children under the age of 12 and no animals Any questions on availability, please ask first!
