This is a upstairs unit only. Located on the second story of an old coffee shop, that is no longer in use. It’s got the basics of a hotel room, only without the added guests as no one lives on the premises. Free parking, and close to restaurants and the beach. The space The upstairs is yours, as well as the gazebo seating area outside (which is unavailable during winter months). Feel free to use the outdoor speaker & fire pit if you would like but please clean up after yourself and be mindful of neighbors. Thank you! Other things to note Stairs are used to access unit, unfortunately this unit is not handicap assessable at this time.
