The guest family room has access to a patio area for guests to use with amazingly close water views with direct access to the best beach in Melbourne. We enjoy hearing about other people's travels and adventures. Other things to note We have a Covid safe plan in place. Due to Covid unfortunately we will now only provide milk, tea and coffee for you on your arrival. Washing machine $3.00 or laundrymat 5 mins away. Only shared space is hallway from front door. We are exactly where the mouth of the Patterson River meets the bay. (Port Philip Bay). We are in an idyllic beach side location, but we are also in the suburbs with a train station and buses close by, which makes it easy to get around without a vehicle. Our beaches and walking and bike paths attract both locals and visitors to our area with the public walking by, bike riders, boats coming in and out of the marina and with it we enjoy the sounds and activities of an urban area.
