Conveniently situated 300 metres from Babbacombe Downs with a wide variety of pubs, restaurants and takeaways. Overlooking the exclusive Cary Arms resort, which is a 15 minute walk away. Both Babbacombe and Oddicombe beaches are within easy walking distance ( uphill on the way back) Torquay Marina and town centre are 5 minutes by car, or there is a bus stop at the end of the road.
