The owner resides downstairs Now with ducted Air Conditioning It includes four bedrooms, two with queen beds, one with two single beds, a front room with a queen sofa and single bed.Linen ,bath towels supplied, kitchen with polyurethane cupboards, separate laundry, two bathrooms, two undercover balcony's with direct ocean views This is NOT a party house NO Bucks, hens , etc The space Accommodation is the entire top floor with private front and rear private access. Would suit two families or a larger group. Four bedrooms with doors,2 queen beds,1queen sofa bed,3 single beds.Most rooms have beach and awesome ocean views. Two undercover balconies at front of house with amazing views of the beach headlands and ocean. Watch stunning sunrises over the ocean or see migrating whales or dolphins and seals passing by. Some rooms have ceiling fans and pedestal fans supplied. Electric appliances include Microwave oven, cooktop, oven medium sized fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, two smart TVs one has Apple TV box.. 100mb internet speed included Bike/walking track out the front which is flat and goes to Wollongong and north to northern beaches,heaps of mountain bike,walking tracks in escarpment just up the road. AWSOME surfing breaks Beach directly across quiet road with headlands having rock pools for exploring and a 50 metre ocean pool and seperate child’s pool.A large sports field 50 metres from accommodation.Bikes can be stored by cable under rear pergola. Restaurants and takeaway a short stroll away. Many eateries and clubs a short drive away in the local towns with excellent food Resin breweries and restaurant just 10 minutes walk to township. I don’t think you will find much missing in the accommodation and in the Illawarra NOTE. Infants/ Children are to be included as guests when booking. Maximin Number of guest when booking is 6. No parking in driveway, drive in constant use. Under cover BBQ. Bikes surfing equipment etc can be left under cover in fenced back yard Other things to note It is very important to close all windows when leaving the accommodation as rain storms can come up very quickly causing water to enter openings which can destroy carpets and furnishings and will affect bond return Some windows are labeled that can be left open as they have hoods covering them to stop rain entering No naked flames allowed such as candles, commercial cookers,incense,bbqs etc No jumping on and off furniture No pets,sorry Turn off AC when leaving Registration Details PID-STRA-3065
